Let’s go to see what happened last year in simple&smart! We are very happy about our job and the news we introduced in 2023!
THE NEW FACILITY
It’s one year and a half that we are located in new offices and warehouse. This allows us to be more reactive and efficient in everything! Especially in the communication among us: before offices and warehouse were separated, in different locations.
The new facility is improving a lot our job!
THE NEW PACKAGING
This is a big improvement. Simplifying the transport of the units and the job of technicians who have to install our dental chairs in clinics around the world. Before we used wood crates, but now we use cartoon packaging. Also to reduce the environmental impact. Nothing else, good quality and simple design for the new simple&smart packaging!
WE ARE GROWING
Simple&smart is growing a lot. Thanks to all dentists who would have our dental units in their clinics, and thanks to all dealers and technicians who worked with us for years and allowed us to reach this goal in the dental field!
We also introduced new people in the company: especially the tech guy, Daniel, in the IT team. This year the IT improved our internal systems and developed a new website.
We also introduced new people to the technical support team, to give you the best assistance and improve all the services we give to our dealers.
THE NEW WEBSITE
Our new website has a new interface and allows you to get easily and faster all the information you need.
We created dedicated videos for the website: standard configuration for the models, the installation videos, how to clean and maintain the dental unit, etc.
What about the configurator? Is very easy to use! You have only to follow some steps and choose the item you want on your dental chair that fits you better.
NEW DEALERS
Growing means also new dealers! The biggest conquer of this year is Germany: now, at the end of the year, we have already four dealers in the country.
But we developed also our business in other countries all around the world: where we already have small dealers, we improved the distribution net by making better communication between us and them.
NEW MODELS
We developed new dental chairs this year.
The orthodontics model: A different concept of our dental unit but dedicated to the orthodontic field.
Dental unit with the Woodpecker PT-B: a solution for hygienists. In the past we did something similar but with the Air Flow made by EMS. We decided to switch to another solution to reduce the price of this solution.
Solution for surgery: the left&right model. For this model, we can offer different solutions according to your need
BIEN AIR DIGITAL CONTROL PANEL: THE BIGGEST NEW IN 2023
This system allows to control of the Bien Air micromotors with more accuracy. It also allows to control the scaler power and all the functions of the dental unit.
