It is nice to see that the efforts pay off. After several years of hard work and commitment, our company is moving into a larger facility.
Thanks to the good results of recent years, the spaces used up to now are no longer enough. Even the offices, which are currently separated from the production department, do not allow us to optimize our business.
Thus, despite the difficult period, we decided to move to a new building that will include both the warehouse (1000 square meters) and the offices.
The renovations have just started and we plan to move to the new headquarters next autumn.
We strongly believe that the only way to remain competitive in this market is to invest, innovate and never stop.
In addition to new spaces, we have therefore decided to hire new people in simple & smart.
From the beginning of February, Elsa and Luigi are the new resources that will help the constant growth of our business.
Luigi, a specialized technician, will mainly deal with technical assistance to our customers. This is important to us, as we consider the speed and quality of assistance a cornerstone of our success. Luigi, thanks to his high computer skills, will also help us to develop our YouTube channel where you can find the video tutorials on our products.

Elsa will deal with another fundamental aspect for the growth of our company: marketing. With a master’s degree and many years of experience in the communication field, she will mainly deal with the marketing of our brand.
In the last years, simple&smart has established itself as one of the most followed and appreciated brand in the dental sector. In the near future, where direct contacts with partners and customers will be limited due to the pandemic, we want to invest in web marketing to keep our customers updated on news and to be able to expand to new markets.
